Terminologies

  • Admin 
    The Admin is the person in charge of managing the Visual Assistance platform for their company. They handle tasks like setting up and managing user accounts, check billing status, upgrade plans/ purchase add-ons, and overseeing the platform’s overall usage. Admins have full control over the platform.

     

  • User 
    A User is an employee who uses Visual Assistance to provide remote support to customers. They can start support sessions, guide customers through live video, and use tools like screen annotations and instant messaging to help solve issues.

     

  • Customer 
    The Customer is the person receiving support. They’re invited to a session via SMS, and by clicking the link, they can share live video using their phone’s Rear camera. This allows the User to offer real-time assistance and guidance.
