SMS History
- SMS History: The Search SMS History feature allows you to efficiently locate specific SMS messages using a variety of filter options. This tool helps you track delivery status, review sent content, and access historical records.
You can filter and search SMS records using the following criteria, First, click ‘Expand’ to open the menu.”
1. Delivery Date/Time (From)
• Select the starting date and time to define the beginning of your search range.
2. Delivery Date/Time (To)
• Select the ending date and time to complete the date range for your search.
3. Delivery Status
• Choose the status of the message to filter by result:
✅ Success
❌ Failed
4. Phone Number
• Enter the recipient’s phone number to narrow your search to specific contacts.
5. SMS Content
• Input keywords or phrases that appear in the SMS message body.
